India plans to build 14 more reactors of the same design by 2031-32. Currently, npcil operates 24 reactors and has eight more under construction. ” Notes:an international group has proposed a lunar time standard to address time discrepancies on the moon due to its unique gravity. Atomic clocks, crucial for precision in gps, telecom, and research, are the most accurate timekeeping devices. These clocks measure time using the stable resonant frequencies of atoms like cesium-133. One second is defined by the vibration of a cesium atom 9,192,631,770 times. Atomic clocks work by introducing a microwave signal to cesium atoms, detecting emitted radiation, and adjusting timekeeping for continuous precision.”

” General sundararajan padmanabhan, former chief of army staff(COAS), passed away at the age of 83 in Chennai, tamil nadu(TN). He was born on 5th december 1940 in trivandrum, kerala. He assumed the office of the coas in 2000 and retired from the post in december 2002. He was commissioned into the regiment of artillery after graduating from the Indian military academy (IMA) on december 13, 1959.”

The partnership focuses on joint efforts in research, stakeholder convenings to discuss climate change adaptation, and improving weather forecasting and early warning communication strategies. The rf has committed to contribute to the world meteorological organization (WMO) and the united nations office for disaster risk reduction (UNDRR)’s global ‘early warning for all’ campaign.”
